Default 88 civic with b16a, What Knuckles do I Use??

I have an 88 Civic STD 4 Speed, I upgraded to MPFI to DPFI and dropped a b16a in it. The motor runs fine but my axles won't fit into the wheel hub. I read that i would need to swap out the hubs so the axles will fit. So should I swap out the hubs with bigger ones or put a totally different knuckle on the car?? If so What year and model? any help would be great.
