ok so i have a stock b16a into my eg hatch dx... the car wont go past 3000RPM!!! im stuck not sure wat the hell it is. also after 3 or 4 min my knock sensor code comes up if i rev to 3000 rpm in which it back firing or its retarding my timing. it could be my knock sensor but it was fine before or im thinking maybe my dizzy is bad but now sure. my car was acting up cause the icm went bad and was getting that code but was running fine till it warmed up then turned off so now the code is gone, i changed the icm and now i get this and wont let me go past 3000rpm. if anybody would help thanx

If the car rev fine before you change the ICM, then revisit your steps, and check your firing order. Have you tried to put your old ICM to see if the problem is gone? check your wire connections.
