extended wheel studs
dont know what lugs to use on my setup, as ive been told differently. but im goin to use arp extended wheel studs and i have si wheels and idk what open ended lugs to use. all i have been getting is the run around. i know some1 knows the proper lug nut for extended studs on stock wheels. some1 help me, i want this **** done asap
any open ended nuts will do so long as they are for non stock rims.
theres 100000's of different styles and companies to choose from. pick some that are the correct thread pitch and are open ended

well it could save your life.. A buddy of mines had some extended wheel studs and he forgot to fully tighten his front wheels. After driving about 40mph he started hearing noises. So he pulls over to a gas station and realized he forgot to fully screw on the lugs for the wheels. So he tried to hand tighten it because his wheel locks were at home. He drove it home slowly and by the time he made it, the wheel lug nuts were in the middle of the wheel studs. If it was shorter, his wheels would have fallen off without him even noticing it at first.
thats another good reason TBF, didnt think of that!
but i think a majority of people that use them on the roads are usually for looks or for cost, as i dread to think what they would cost per stud from dealers!
