I've never understood threads like this. Why would you not call S2?

Skunk2 to the rescue!

Negusjua's camshafts look exactly like those we are currently selling. The S2 cast into the core between the lobes is a dead giveaway as that is very difficult to fake unless you are actually casting your own camshafts.

The OP's cams on the other hand look to have been etched with an electric pencil which could be done by anyone.

OP if you would like to email BrianN@skunk2.com with better pics of the lobes as well as any other markings I will attempt to determine if they are just very old versions of our camshafts or not. My first instinct after seeing the pics you have up now is that they are not ours.

4 first pictures are the pictures of the cams that the seller is trying to sell me and the 2 last pictures are the pictures of my cams in my car.

Both have the same stamping.

I just don't understand why people don't do it right the first time. If you invest in a good product like a Bisimoto camshaft, you wouldn't be going through such headaches.

I have also been sold a set of fake stage 1 tuner cams. I realized they weren't the real thing when I used a digital micrometer and measured the lobes and realized that the lobes on my B16A2 cams are more aggressive....

Yep, measure the lobe - base curve * the rocker ratio (1.55) and that will tell you a little something. That isnt actually true lift (due to valve lash clearance), but it will get you an indication if they are 9.2mm or 12.0mm.

Is this a joke? People can try to pass off forged Bisimoto cams as well you know.
