What benefits will the 550cc high impedance RC injectors provide over a set of DSM blue tops


my power goals will be met adequately with DSM blue tops
250whp 13psi ...


In the end is it really worth spending $310 on newer style high impedance injectors? when I have perfectly working DSM blue tops?

 

no just run the dsm's there small enough that control for idol isnt an issue

 

well, the 550cc will work a bit better at lower fuel pressure of 43psi, by having a lower duty cycle. at the same time, it could pool a bit more fuel. If you ever plan to make more than your 250 whp, you'll be very limited with the "blue tops".

Both will work, but remember the need for a resistor pack with the 450cc.
