new help failed smog!

Default new help failed smog!

i failded smog test today in california ,, my car passed emmisions last year in ct no problem!!,, when i tested today i passed everything excpet 15 mph i failed that i got a 768 i beileve can anyone help me out !!!!!

MY TEST RESULTS HELP ME

15 mph= RPM(1982), MEAS(15.3), MEAS(0.0), MAX(66), AVE(9), MEAS(5), MAX(0.57), AVE(0.02), MEAS(0.04), MAX(487), AVE(57), MEAS(724) =FAIL

25 MPH= RPM(2608), MEAS(0.0), MAX(49), AVE(7), MEAS(1), MAX(0.55), AVE(0.03), MEAS(0.06), MAX(774), AVE(50), MEAS(356) =PASS

What year? That category is NOX, right?

The respoinsibility of EGR is to keep combustion temps down below 2500 degrees F. Around those temps Nitrogen oxydizes. Causing high NOX. Check the EGR system.

its a 97 honda civic. the guy told me it was high on nox

yeah i jus brought that cnc guareented to pass i put it in today. see if thats works,, if not idk

All that stuff is a gimmick. I would focus on diagnosing the vehicle. Apparently you did not fail the timing check. I would start by checking the EGR system.

Thankss I try one more time and I'll bring it in do any places near fairfield ca good shops

What if I put sunoco 94 gas I heard if u use that gas u will pass with flying colors
