this is how it goes down, i go to the track after my car sitting with no head for a month, i get it all together go down to GLD. i get there my first run licked *** and i find out my cams are to big for my computer so my car is running really slow. next lap i drop it at 6200 and i hear a big bang and only one tire spins now. so i totally fuggin smoked the LSD. i guess it sucks to be me, and finding those trannys are hard as ****, and new differentials are not cheep. so i guess im in for the summer boys.

what ecu and cams are you using?? i don't know about the lsd but it's not common to break lsd's out of the blue.

Holy crap you "dropped" the clutch at 6200! Why would you ever drop a clutch in the first place, and even if you did why 6200?

Sorry for your loss, but that's to be expected when you do that.

 

Yeh 6200 RPM's what is that some tweaked *** N/A with a JUN stage unobtainable cam?

 

i have dumped the clutch @ 6000, 7000, and 8500 w/ no problems it not how high you launch it's how you launch...

 

What kind of LSD? Soudns like a possible manufacturer defect or error with installation. And DUMPING the clutch at 6,200? I wouldn't advise doing that again
