Default Clicking sound when turning - Not CV Shaft

Hey,

I just changed my clutch and transmission in my 93 Civic SI. When I turn left I can hear a clicking sound only when pressing down on the gas, if I have the clutch pressed in there is no click. I put a brand new CV shaft in and the clicking sound was still there. The inner tie rod end boot tore, so I'm replacing that tomorrow, but I don't think that would produce the same clicking sound. You may be able to desdcribe the click as a creaking if that helps...

Any help or ideas are appreciated.

Thanks,
Phil
