I have the exact same problem with loud knocking coming from the rear, that just started happening a couple of days ago. I haven't had a chance to lift the car up and check it out yet. But my guess would be it's either a torn bushing or a bad swaybar endlink.
I'm rocking blox 3 years now and no problems.
Your noise is most likely comming from your shocks. More specifically the top hats. You said they are stock. Have they ever been replaced?
The bushing in the top hats wear out and will cause the klunking you hear. Give a visual inspection of the rubber, its prolly cracking and worn.
Good luck keep us posted
