HELP!!!!! Gas sticks after boost

After i let off boost and randomly the gas pedal sticks like doesnt wanna press down until i forced it down y is this? i just recently replaced the throttle cable can this be the problem?

Throttle plate is sticking. Either tighten the throttle cable so the plate stays alittle open or adjust the little screw below where the throttle cable connect to the tb
