Default OBD1

I just converted a EF to obd1 its has a complete obdo B16 swap in it with EF9 harness and all. so we put the ecu conversion in it dosent have a sub harness for vtec, o2 ect, but i think thats alright because vtec and is inside the harness cuz its a EF9 harness, i put a brand new obd1 dizzy on, and a p28 with a b16 chip in i know that the ecu is good, and distributor jump in and it starts and runs no codes. but it has a slight missfire now, anyone know wat it could be?
