Lets start.. the car is manuAl... not manuEl.. its not named after a hispanic person...

This is a really really broad list you are talking...
If you want the absolute best, expect to pay out your **** for things.. so here it goes.. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ $$$$$$$

1. Ignition system should stay stock.. Just make sure its maintained, so change your plugs (I like NGK), rotor and distributor cap

2.T-belt go with OEM or gates or any reputable brand.. Also change the idler and tensioner pulleys while you are at it.

3. Suspension... :
Shocks - Tokico Illumina
Springs - Eibach is a nice choice
Suspension bushings - Energy suspension
Anti-sway bars: Suspension Techniques

4. Tires, if you want stock sizing... Michelin Pilot Sport PS/2, Goodyear Eagle F1, Bridgestone RE-11 or 960AS
Also consider larger wheels like 17's for bigger rubber

5.Header - Bisimoto makes a superb unit for the F series but its maximally expensive
I personally use a DC 4-2-1 but thats because I don't have money for bisi..

6. Brakes are all dependent on how much you want to spend.. If you are talking HUGE money then buy a big brake kit (need bigger wheels for this one)..
If you want to spend less, do the NSX caliper swap and try some Brembo sport slotted rotors along with Hawk HPS pads and goodridge G-Stop stainless steel lines.. Also, give ATE super blue racing fluid a go

7. Battery doesn't really matter that much but optima is supposed to be the best..

8. Clutch - Clutchmasters is good but wait for other advice here
Flywheel - Fidanza for it!

things you missed -

Bisimoto heat shielding intake gasket
Create a heat shield of some kind for the short ram intake or upgrade to a cold air
Bisimoto Level 2 cam grind (about 20horsepower gain) along with upgraded valve springs (bisi) and a good dyno tune..

To do dyno tune you will need a new adjustable cam gear... Any major brand will do you fine here..

Regular maintenance - Use honda manual transmission fluid.. its excellent stuff
Make sure you have no oil leaks and use a good quality synthetic..

PS. all that is mentioned above will put your cost to almost what you paid for the car I am fairly certain...
