Default Dropping gas tank.

Do I need to unscrew this hardline to drop the gas tank?

It looks like the main supply line that is routed to the pump, but I can't really tell.

Yes, you do need to unscrew that flare nut. I dropped my tank about a year ago. You're lucky that little junction isn't all rusted; mine was and I had to to replace that flare nut by splicing in another line with a new-used nut attached.

Thanks.

Actually, that flare nut is being a bitch and won't come off. I sprayed PB blaster all over and still stripped the nut with my flare wrench. I'm running out of ideas.
