Yes, they interface is the hub to remove tyre variables of growth, instability, and power variations due to strapping, alighnment, slipping, etc.

My facility uses the latest dynapack calibration software that reads within 3whp of the ubiquitous dynojet. Many customers have visited older dynapacks, only to come to mine to see a huge loss in displayed numbers (to the tune of almost 30whp).

An example, a typical n/a s2000 would read 219whp on an older dynapack, and show 188whp on the Bisimoto dynapack dynamometer.

 

Many, Many of the best tuners will only use a dynapack.

Was the change fuel injection? i was under the impression you were on carbs?

 

I can only share that it involved intake and exhaust dynamics. With a very flat torque curve, it hovered in the 250-260 ft/lb range.

I have been on Kinsler fuel injection since 2007. It does, however, run a mechanical fuel pump, from kinsler as well.
