Default problems here, check my time slips

ok i went to the track for the first time in my life. heres the lowdown- stripped 92 cx hatchback, weighs 2200 with driver. i dyno'd 223 whp with a chipped up compressor wheel and no compressor housing o-ring. problems fixed a while ago, so all good now. and running 2 more lbs of boost then when i dyno'd. 35 psi in my 215/50r14 bf goodrich radial t/a tires up front, 14 inch civic hx wheels.

R/T .178
60' 2.533
1/4 15.695
mph 100.56

R/T .193
60' 2.379
1/4 13.997
mph 104.5

R/T .242
60' 2.676
1/4 15.933
mph 105.31

had some trouble with second gear on that last one.

my 60's are horrible and my trap speeds would probably be higher if i didn't spin so badly. how much do you think slicks will help my situation??? 22x8x13??? and who sells these i'm having a hard time finding them (lookin on summit racing lol)

any advice appreciated.

yes, slicks is your answer. Drop the 60fts to at least 1.8s, I guarantee you're going to be at 13.0 and faster.

try dropping tire pressure to about 20lbs

are you spinning at all?

A good set of tires, slicks or radials, and some practice. Tire size all depends on what trans you have and how hard you turn your motor.

Oh and I have had those tires you have in the exact same size and could pull 1.9-2.0 60' times. if you run them again i recomend lowering the pressure to 18-22 psi.

2 step at about 5 grand. ls transmission. yes spinning real bad. ok i'll try lowering pressure. how big a difference will a camber kit make? i have some visible negative camber, is it hurting traction that much?

No whats hurting traction is taking off using the 2step with ur street tires at 35psi, try a less agressive launch since you dont have slicks and it should help you gain traction faster.
