Default chassis harness plug identification

im redoing my chassis harness in my 89 crx si and i cant figure out what these plugs do.
it seems to just send power to all the wires connected but im not sure. its located near the fuse panel under the dash

and this one is on the driver side headlight harness, its just a plug with a cap over it. im assuming its used to check the ecu codes but im not sure.

those dont plug into anything. just tuck them aside and call it a day

the second one is to check the timming on the car.

x2

1st one does not go to anything. I have both an 89 and a 91 crx si chassis harness sitting in my floor and both of them have the red plug just taped to the main harness not plugged into anything.

2nd plug is for setting timing.

why would you depin it and have loose wires in your harness? leave it in the connector and tape it to the harness like it came from the factory. if you want a pic of how it looks let me know and i can take a quick shot of it for you.

im trying to eliminate everything on the car and have individual relays for each. im just alil confused on these two plugs. im going to have a relay for low beams, high beams, starter, ecu, fuel, 02, fan, etc. the only thing that i haven't figured out is those plugs and the Voltage backup and brake switch that come off the ecu.
