EK...ASR rear brace + Si rear sway
Anyone running this combo? How? Because with the brace I have, the stock Si sway bar brackets do not line up with the bolt holes. I *might* be able to get it to work using some Miata rear sway brackets....maybe.

The D-bracket mounting holes on the ASR are for >=20mm sways, the brackets for the 13mm Si are smaller.
Maybe some aftermarket brackts could work but I doubt it/don't know.
Another option is DIY brackets: like enlarging the mounts of the 13mms - just a thought.

Got it to work with Miata brackets/bushings and Miata end links. This may not be the optimal setup with the Miata end links, but I plan on switching over to the Honda links next week when I get the left one. Seems to work ok, no odd noises.

Ehm ... is it not so that with the (real) ASR brace the LCA bolt is replaced with an ASR one and mounted through/on the brace?
Also the little grey bolts seem out of place.

Also the endlinks seem too long, the sway seems like not to be able to move/rotate anymore, blocking LCA/suspension movement.

I thought that about the LCA bolt as well, but this brace uses the factory bolt. The end links are too long, and they will be replaced with the correct ones early next week. Maybe as early as tomorrow. I may just disconnect the sway and pull those end links out until then.
This should be the correct brace, got it from Weksos.

One of the things that gives the ASR brace its strength is just the fact that they use the LCA mount as a support/connection.
I'v never seen one without this feature.

IDK, give Weksos a call then. I would expect them to have the real thing and that's what I received. The brace is still held in place by the LCA bolt, it just holds it with the bracket in the back instead of the brace itself. I'll snap a photo here shortly.
Bump for others to see. I believe ASR may have made some changes to the EK brace, as evident in my above photos. This brace is legit, bought from Weksos and shipped in the official ASR box as posted in the "fake ASR brace" thread.
they did make changes to the new verson, my guess, thats what you have.
While your at it, i would replace those sway bar bushings, the one in the pic looks deformed. I went engery suspension.

The brace is real. ASR redesigned it. I recieved one just like it and wondered the same thing so I emailed Charleston at ASR about it.

This one done for easier installation. The strength and durability of the brace is not compromised.
Thank you!

Been searching for two days and this thread is the closest i found and decided to bring it back to life. Does anyone know what this 12mm Miata bracket/bushing is? Is it the Mazda Miata bracket/bushing? Thanks in advance.
What part of it is tripping you up? He didn't have the correct brackets and was going to attempt to make some Miata brackets work since he had them.
