Default P/S Breather Problem?

So I removed my Power Steering and am now running "MAN"ual steering. lol

But I was told by a tuner shop and by some others that I should run a breather setup. So they told me just T into the hose looping the two lines and run a line to a reservoir and that will insure there is always fluid in the rack. So I did this but now I just am blowing fluid out of the reservoir like crazy. So I'm hoping someone on here as done this and can help me out.:pray::pray:

1) Does it matter which line I "T" into?

2) Should I fill the reservoir up or just have it there

3) WHY IS IT JUST BLOWING OUT AND MAKING A HUGE MESS!

I'll post up pics of what I've done so far and you tell me what you think...
