The NEW look, Ahobbs & Exospeed "street/race edition"
My good friend Antwaine, better known as Ahobbs just finished his street race EJ1which I’ve been dying to shoot. He agreed to let me and we came together to make this shoot happen. I just wanted to show you guys how it came out. I absolutely love this front end. It has a stock look, which is not to be underestimated. The Star 8 Exospeed wheels really put a new dish on the table. I hope you guys enjoy.

That **** IS SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Might have to do this to the hatch.. I was just thinking of hobbs car over dinner and bam a photoshoot lol... What the offset on the rear?? and what size drag radial u running up front ?
Thanks guys, I have a different look for the rear also. I just wanted to try this one though. I personally like the rear kinda gives it a diff look, that's just me. But I also like the flat face rears on this as well. I did it like this just so you can see that this IS an option. That's why R&D is cool cause some like it one way and some like it another.
you can pick either one for a street look

I think the flushed in rear is sicker!Overall car is just plain bananas.. Kudos to u and being the first THAT I SEEN to my knowledge to have a exospeed front end as well the sickest wheels from exospeed..
Im gonna let Exospeed come in and post all the offset info. There are sooooo many combinations you can do with this setup. That's what I love the most. One day i came home and i looked at the rear wheels and said, hmmm I wonder how it would sit with a concaved look, then i changed it and liked it. Like right now im going back and I wanna go with the skinny look..lol. The tire size on the rear was bought when i had the skinny look. So you gotta remember, when you go to a different size tire that will make the entire wheels look diff. Such as going with a 195/50/15 in the rear, it gives it another look. It really just depends on what YOU want your car to look like. I was just willing to take a risk and hope it looked nice lol. I got lucky. I've been workin on this for months..
The rear wheels can be ran all the way around. for some who dont want the front wide look. Its just cool to finally see something different than your normal volks and other wheels.
You can take these things apart and make your own color combo's gives everyone the chance to have some originality.
OHH and i dont run anywhere..lol

Thank you for all the great comments. It makes a difference to me knowing its appreciated by my peers. Thats why Hobbs and I spent so much time trying to figure out what would be best and the combinations possible for a setup like this.
In my opinion, this is a very mild combination. What I mean is, there are so many tire, wheel width and wheel spacing combinations that you can go with to achieve the look you want. We chose the tire setup on the front since this is a TRUE Daily Driven 500hp car. LOL. I really don't feel the need for a 26" tire(235/60/15) for a car you're not really boosting 99.9% of the time on the streets. So that is why Hobbs chose this tire to roll with. But it doesn't mean a 235/60/15 wont work. With the proper backspacing and wheel width combination, we can achieve a street setup for that as well.
The rear setup also has several options. The one we used is a 15x7 wheel with a 205/50/15. With the skinny face, it can look like a drag skinny on the face but still have the regular 7" wide rim for daily use. There is an option of using the concave face as well but that does bring the wheel 1/2" out. I'm sure with other tire combos such as 195/50/15, you can pull it off a little different.
The whole point of it is, ITS YOUR CAR, you put it together how you want. The options are there on widths, faces, bolt pattern, etc. You can even rock a rear fender flare if you want that look. I'm limited on what I can say here, so if you're curious about specs and all that, feel free to PM or email me. Each car and person can have different ways of putting this together so there is not just one way to achieve this look. On top of that, you can even anodize or paint them whatever you like.
