PY ITR in Rapid City, SD
I was shocked to actually see an R on my vacation to the Black Hills in SD. I never see them . . . EVER (last one I saw "in the wild" was YEARS ago). I saw this PY ITR when driving through a parking lot in Rapid City, and I quickly snapped a pic as we rolled by. I was just wondering if it belongs to anyone on here (as always, I will take down the pic upon owner's request). I highly doubt it, but thought I would check. She looked to be "a little rough around the edges". The rear license plate was hanging all the way to one side by one bolt, and the muffler was hung up on the curb when he/she backed into the parking spot

we live just north of seattle.
reason we came up with when discussing the purchase of his new car, came up with the reason that PY is easy to spot, easy to notice, EASY target for thieves. and we all know that seattle has been prime for ITR theft over the years. so. they all have been stolen, so we never see them.
you really need to buy an R. then there would be.....total of 1 in ND lol.

You know I'm serious about it when I'm still pimping the ITR community on vacation
I've only seen one "in the wild" and that was about a month ago when I was pumping gas. A older man I'd guess around 60+ drove by, honked and gave me the thumbs up. I returned the gesture naturally.
