i picked up my 90 STD hatch a few months ago and the paint on the roof is oxidizing and is starting to move down on the top side of the doors now. it is still the originial gold outside and inside. I am on a budget so taking it to get professionally painted is out of the question. I've been looking on here and researching the $50 roll on paint jobs and also people just getting a HF spray gun and painting it in their garages. i have been considering those, i was also thinking about just painting the roof black but that still leaves the top of the doors that is also oxidizing... So basically what i am asking is just people opinions on what route to take here to paint it by roll on or what. Also i am working with a little campbell hausfeld 2 gallon air compressor so i dont even know if that is strong enough to paint with. I know in the end its all up to me and the outcome depends on the job i do but at this point i keep bouncing back and forth so i need some opinions and maybe some people that were in my same boat.
