Default Starter problems

Hey guys, So my car has been driving great lately. I even drove donw to NC worked for 2 weeks an drove back friday. I went out to start it today an nothing. I put my voltmeter on all the power points an I have 12.7 everywhere but the starter signal wire when the key is turned I only get .5 volts. Where can I go from here? Would that be the switch itself? I also only get .5 at the fuse block also for the starter signal fuse. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
