Default temperature needle rises when fan turns on

I have a situation with the needle rising when suddlely rise up just a little over the half mark when the fan turns on, and when the fan turns off it goes back down to normal temp reading on the temp gauge. Has anyone ever encounter that problem? its a little weird to me since this is the first time I've encounter this situation. Any idea what that could be?

Make sure your fans are spinning the correct direction. If they blow forward this can happen.
