Slim Radiator for the 94-97's and Turbo manifold?
I'm buyin a bunch of turbo pieces from a friend for $250. Turbo, intercooler, some piping, oil lines, down pipe and some other misc. stuff. First, i'm lookin into buying a slim/shorter radiator and fan. Can I buy any radiator? or do i need one specifically for a cd accord. Also, the kit was oriinally meant for a EG hatch so will the downpipe still work? 1 last thing, are there any turbo manifolds that are inerchangable with the F22b2 engine. I've looked for F22b2 manifolds and I dont find much. Thanks for the help.
well i have been reading in to this same thing and found on other treads and wat not
you can use a dsm set up but they dont make much power
or also there are some h22 turbo manifolds thats will work
and get one of the sandwich adapter for the oil feed line
good luck

not so fast... DSM manifolds fit on the f22a series and (apparently) the h22 after redrilling. the f22b1 and b2 have different exhaust port spacing than the aforementioned engines.
I got my F manifold from spoolinperformance.com
Radiators are functionally universal. Going with a different radiator, you may not be able to meet the cooling requirements of your engine and you may have some trouble mounting it. I can't imagine the civic guys with H turbo setups are running a full size radiator though... You could probably just get a nicer (higher performance than stock) half width radiator.
I have no experience with interchanging downpipes, but having a general shape to start with will only help you.

An aftermarket dual core Civic rad will flow and cool just as efficiently as a full size Accord rad. With an appropriately sized (CFM) slim fan. To mount the rad requires a small amount of fabrication, or ingenuity.
I have seen some people use one lower stock rad mount and then zip tie the top of the rad to the rad support. You could also do some fabrication so that it is mounted using the proper mounts. I moved my lower rad mounts and used one upper mount in order to get my Dual core Yonaka 1/2 rad mounted exactly where I wanted it.
It's not going anywhere!

It's about $14.00/ft. Summit Racing carries some 23" lengths. The hose ends are what cost ya. They go from $10 - $20 each.
