Brake line, hardline fitting splice? Help!

Brake line, hardline fitting splice? Help!
I am looking for 2 fittings that I may need...
1) A fitting that will allow me to spice into my old brake line and connect a new hard line on other side?
2) Fittings from hardline to stainless braided to lead to the rywire bulkhead fitting for rear brake lines?
