Default 1991 Honda CRX

Will not start. I have tried to check to ECU codes but the light is not burning. Does the mean the computer is bad or could the problem be elsewhere?

I has a similar problem in my sedan. I wasn't getting power to the ecu or fuel pump. Main relay checked out good tho. Ran a jumper wire from + battery to #5 connection on the main relay and it worked like normal. Therefore I now have to trace wires from the main relay back to figure out my problem. Might be yours too idk tho.

no power to ECU and Main Relay usually means that you don't have the ground wires connected at the thermostat housing - ground wires come out of the engine harness next to the thermostat housing - has a small ring connector on the end that bolts to the thermostat housing - it is the ground for the ECU and Main Relay as well as for the shielding and most of the sensors
