Default Power droping off after 7k WHY?

Recently had the car on the dyno and its just not making the power it should. It makes great power all the way up to 7000rpm and after that the the curve goes down and the torque also drops a lot until 8500. Even stock setups hold power to redline, 7k is where the max power is reached and im losing 30-40whp by redline.(8500)

*UPDATE* leakdown showed 3%-5% in all cylinders

The setup:
-9:1 gsr
-Stock port b16 head, supertech valvetrain
-Skunk2 tuner 2 cams
-Top mount t4 (1.06 divided hotside)
-Billet HTA3586 turbo
-3in exhaust
-precision 600 core
-victor x intake manifold
-precision 1000s
-M&W pro 10
-Crane coil
-255 intank, Bosch 044 inline

Things ive tested:
-Compression is 185 on all 4 cylinders
-Boost leak tested entire intercooler system
-Jumped vtec to make sure its engaging
-Checked bov for leak
-Checked timing its fine
-Cams have no wear, rockers in good shape
-removed and checked intake manifold/ intake ports
-Swaped from my s300 and pluged in neptune to see if that changed anything
-Going to remove exhaust tomorrow to see if theres a restriction

Any suggestions are appreciated becuase i am pulling my hair out trying to figure this out

Vtec is 100% working you can hear it, it have supertech valvetrain so the valves are not floating and the spark is strong and not being blown out

Where's the graph? Are you maxing out your turbo? Log of boost levels?

I can try to get the graph, the turbo is FAR from maxed out. We tuned it up to 12psi and from 9-12psi it gained peak hp at 7k but then fell off after that. The boost is holding solid throughout the rpm range

Are you monitoring oil pressure to redline?

The oil pressure is around 90psi to redline and the compression is 9:1. I will try to get the Dyno graph this week

The af is around 11.8 throughout until 7k. Then after that it keep going way rich, he almost couldn't pull enough fuel out after 7k. The motor wants like no fuel at all up top

Maybe the motor is mechanically falling out of vtec for some reason.

Where is your oil pressure gauge at?

The gauge is ran off the sandwhich plate but if the head was losing oil pressure im sure the cams would have wear on them. I took the valvecover off and they are mint

I had this problem where vtec would kick, then fall out foreverrr. Never figured out what it was, i think somethign was blocked somewhere in the oil passage, but your right, my cams had wear on them, but it was only after a bit of miles. Here is my dyno sheet of when it was happening.

Yeh the curves look similar but i feel if it came out of vtec it would loose a ton more power then it is

Whats your cam gears set at and what is the C/L on the exhaust cam is set to?

I got my 2 cents on cam set up being wrong.
