Recently I picked up an 03 CRV. Overall Im pretty pleased with it. The only thing that leaves me unhappy is the radio. I have a 10" Infinity Kappa Sub, a sub box, and a 'line out' to hook RCA cables to the stock head unit.
My questions are how do I go about removing the head unit? Im sure there are some hidden screws that Ill never find unless someone tells me. I was also wondering where my best bet would be to run the rca / power wire? Down the drivers side?
Any other infomation / help would be awesome
Thanks.

I could tell you, but with the pics, it's easier.
As for running the RCA and Power, I'd run the power on the battery side (drivers side or left side) and the RCAs on the opposite side to reduce signal interference.
