Default Spoon Brakes replacement pads/rotors/clicking issue

Hey guys i've got a 93 Civic and I've got Spoon brakes up front. The problem is I bought the car with the conversion already on and I don't really know how to go about getting replacement parts. I've heard you can use S2000 pads, and re-drill ITR or Prelude rotors although the rotors that are on there now look like a 2 piece. Can anyone point me in the right direction for something that is pretty much going to be a bolt on procedure? I'm not sure I like the idea of re-drilling rotors.

Also, I was driving the other day and as I pulled into a parking lot, one side had started grinding really bad. It sounded like I had picked up a rock and it got lodged into the rotor or something like that, I had tried backing up and it was fine, then when you went forward it would grind. Eventually it came out, and it hasn't done it since. I am kind of under the impression that the C Clips/Sliders may be a source of a clicking issue that I've been having here and there after the rock or whatever it was stuck in. Where can I get C clips for these calipers, or would I have to make something?

Thanks guys
