Default New Brakes Dragging

I changed out the brake pads on a 1999 Accord a couple of weeks ago, noticing that the passenger side inner pad was completely worn down while the rest still had life on them. I figured I'd rebuild that caliper. After driving with the new pads, both brakes were dragging. So I inmediatley put rebuilt calipers on both - no change. Today I replaced the master cylinder - it seemed fine for a couple quick trips, but the problem then returned with full force. I suspect an obstruction in one of the hoses, but how would that cause both brakes to drag? Could the proportioning valve have an issue that wasn't unearthed until I put full size pads in? I keep thinking where else to look that's common to both front brakes. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Need to check the caliper pins for rust, dirt, and corrosion. they are a likely culprit. If they are not clean and lubricated, they can hang up. You might want to go ahead and replace the caliper brackets if the pins are hanging up. This causes abnormal wear to the brackets' bores. sometimes the boots are not completely sealed and the pins/brackets get contaminated with road grime.
