kyb vs. bistein
KYB GR-2s are an OEM replacement strut. It seems as though the Bilstein touring class is are also just an OEM replacement. I would imagine that the stock Honda struts would be the way to go in this class of strut/shock. There are no gains to be seen in ether the KYB GR2 or Bilstein Touring Class vs the OEM Honda strut.

If you really wanna compare though...
I've had a friend who used the touring on his jetta and saw no real upgrade in handling. I drove it before (when the stock struts were in good shape) and after we put them on and it was the same.
From all the reviews/opinions I've read and heard from people the KYB's are fine too, but again, no handling gain.
If I had to choose, I might say go KYB.
For OEM replacements I don't think the brand even matters TBH though.
Tokico blues would be fine too if you don't have anything else done as o6spdracer suggested.
I'm surprised. No one hear has heard of Kill Your Back?
I've replaced the shocks/struts on my vehicles with Bils when the current units fail. I have never had a problem with Bils and feel adjustable shocks/struts that have settings are pointless. Unless you have each dampener dyno'd or know what each setting does you are 'tuning' blind. Either way, a spring and dampener should be matched. Too soft the spring overpowers the dampener too hard and the opposite happens. Slapping on some adjustable setting shocks and then cranking it to 11 for the 'mAd tYte handles Y0!' is going to net you a car that cannot grip. A harsh ride does not equate to good suspension.
