Ugly old OEM CRX rims
Anyone know anything about these? I picked them up my local forum on a whim. Definitely ugly but they're so ugly that i like them. I wanna see a pic of them on a car. Can anyone deliver?

[edit] This was his photo. They don't have tires now.

these rims orginally came on the 1st gen CRX and I believe came on the hf model.
edit: you can go outside and jack up your car and place them on to see how they'll look

I've seen pictures of 1st gen CRX's in other markets that had them, as well.
But in the US, they only came standard, on the 86-87 CRX Si.
I can't view the pic for some reason. Argh.
Thanks for the info guys. If I can find some tires for them, they'll probably go on as winter rims. I should probably mention that they're going on a 2000 Civic LX sedan. Could be interesting. Unique at least. I might polish them since there's a lot of flat surface to work with/

Correct! On both counts! They are USDM 86-87 CRX Si only. The 85 CRX Si wheels were different, and much nicer looking, as well! IIRC first gen HF's had steelies, standard.

Dude, those are SEX in white. Got pics of them on a car?
I still have the set right beside me, actually. All I've done is take the crappy tires off and clean them up a little. I sanded some bad oxidation off the insides too. Two have bent edges. One is much worse than the other but they'll still hold a bead well. I was thinking about polishing them but now I dunno.
