Hey everyone I am in the process of building a turbo'd d16 for my ek and was wondering if you all could help me out with fitment of my front mount inter-cooler and piping. The front bumper skin is the '99-'00 version and I am wanting to find out what my limitations are in terms of inter-cooler sizing before I will have to make cuts in the bumper to accommodate piping and such. I would like to avoid having to cut the bumper if possible. The power ratings I am hoping to achieve are in the range of 325-350 hp, if that helps. If anything I said is unclear please let me know! well i have a Precision 600HP Intercooler 31.5x8x3.5 in my 00 civic hb and did not have to cut any thing fits like a glove lol

 

Ok thanks man, were you using 2.5" or 3" piping?

 

i got 2.5" on the hot and 3" on the cold side

I got that same one, I just had to trim the inside of the bumper alittle, but thats with a 96 front bumper.
