If you didn't run it with a completely soaked filter the car will be fine but a new filter couldn't hurt. Really depends on what material the filter is made out of.
not really... depends on what the filter is made out of. Most cone filters are washable, so no harm in letting it get rained on(not that you should)
cool, yeah car is out of commission till i get some parts for the cooling system anyways, it has a metal mesh over the filter btw... thanks guys!

If it's a paper based filter, I'd probably replace it if it got really wet. If it has a washable gauze or foam element (ie - K&N style) then it'll be perfectly fine. Just pull it off, make sure no water is pooled in the intake piping, and clean/re-oil it per the instructions.
