Someone put a power door on your car and didn't bother to wire it up. It is not easy or cheap to do it the right way. I suggest you just find a non power door and replace it or at least replace the window motor with a manual regulator & manual door panel.

You can wire it directly to roll it down but I would not leave it as a permanant fix. If you just want to get it down for some reason remove the panel and find the window motor connector. There are 2 leads in the connector. Use a drill battery or car battery if you like and 2 small wire leads. Connect hot wire to one lead in the connector and Gd wire to the other. It will go up or down depending on how you connect them. If you want opposite result just switch the wires.

just wire it up..its pretty easy....the wire in your hand goes to the motor...its a reverse polarity motor..give it power and ground to the thick wires(not the skinny one)and the window will move..flip the positive and negative around and the window will go the other way...

if you have the full door harness at the connector where the harness plugs into the switch, connect the blu/blk terminal to the red/yel terminal, and the red/blu terminal to the blk terminal, then turn on the ignition witch on; driver window should go down if not then you ether have a open wire or a faulty window motor this is assuming that the floor harness and door harness was wired correctly if not you can always hot wire to test the motor make sure you do not keep the ignition on or power on if using direct power to test window after it has rolled down all the way
