You're best bet is to hit up a junkyard if you want legit black panels. Some sedans will have black, some DX and EX models will have black. Not all red EX sedans come with black interior, even though most people will tell you that.
OR
You could get Duplicolor's Vinyl and Fabric paint. They have an assortment of colors, but is specifically for auto interior. For your own sake, DONT use it on any carpet because it will turn crunchy, but here is my interior that I did a while back.

Everything you see in the pics (except the steering wheel), was painted with the FLAT black color of the Duplicolor stuff.

Its like $6.50/can. To give you an idea of how it spreads, I was able to paint my dashboard with two coats and still have some left over from a single can.
Before you paint, you need to take some dish soap and a scrub sponge thing and get all of the grease from Armoral off the panels. The paint dries to the touch in about 20 minutes, but be careful handling it...you will have to touch up every few weeks if you have heavy traffic coming in and out of your car.

I've wrapped my entire entire in black leather (Near BMW quality, so it's expensive) and upholstered my seats with Black JDM Bride Material..it's DUMB easy to do and if you really wanna take this route I wouldn't mind walking you through it or making an instructional for you. When I get back home i'll take pictures of one of my cars interiors to show you what i'm talking about but it's absolutely beautiful, and i've accented the interior pieces with chrome (Interior Door handle, shift ****, bezel surrounding the HVAC vents..not to much just tasteful applications), gives the cars interior a major refinement upgrade for decent money. I charge 300 to upholster an entire interior (Cost of materials is on the customer) so if you want it done man holla at me.

If I may suggest something that's a little bit more executive looking and cleaner then paint..do what I did. Now I'm pretty good at upholstery, but it's not rocket science and if u can be patient and save up your money it would be Easy to have your interior pieces Wrapped in vinyl (Black).

i painted my eg dash in my ef(check my thread) and it came out pretty dam clean. but i used the adhesive contact applicant before i actually laid down the paint. there are alot of products you can use but i found the plastic fabric paint or the plastic paint works the best. usually they can be had for anywhere from 5-7 bucks at your local parts store
I dont know if there is a tutorial, but its pretty straight forward. 5 or 7 10mm bolts hold the thing down.
-1 or 2 on each far side of the dash (open each door, and remove the plastic panel on the far end of the dash to expose the bolts)
-1 behind the glove compartment
-1 near the underdash fuse panel
-1 in the dead center, right next to the windshield
First gen prelude steering wheel.
Oh and yes i took out the dash in order to paint it. Its not that hard to remove the dash itself, its the wireharness and steering column that are a bitch to get around.

Try really hard to find some black sedan carpet, or at the very least, gray. Look around tho, you could find brand new carpet for your sedan.

i painted my carpet and had to fold it up for storage for a few weeks afterwards til i installed it and its still looking fresh and had to do a lot of maneuvering to get it in the vehicle and still no rub off or fading

I am in the process of doing this right now to my wagovan, because most sedan parts do not fit.
For the interior plastic I have found this works the best. It looks the least like it was painted and seems to hold up the best.

I have tried a krylon plastic paint that wasn't very good and a duplicolor vinyl paint that seems strong, but looked too much like it was painted for my taste.
I know some people say don't paint carpet but I did anyway, I had nothing to lose as my carpet was in really bad condition. I found this worked the best (I bought black)

It is $10 a can though. I have used 3 cans on my carpet and its been drying for 24 hours. I probably could have used 2 cans but before it dries it doesn't look as good as it does now.
Most people will say just use SEM brand in landau black. It has the best reputation by far but its approx $12 a can shipped online.
