Hey guys I have an 99 si and am stuck on something now.. When I first got the car I keep geeting cel for 2nd 02 sensor so I replaced it and went away about week later the primary cel came on so I replaced that one to but now every 200 or so miles the primary 02 code keeps coming back on....?and it an honda 02 sensor

What would cause primary 02 sensor cel to come on after I replaced it?

Have you reset the ecu?
