Car keeps popping number 14 fuse

Car keeps popping number 14 fuse
I dont know whats going on but I have a short somewhere or a bad ground.The number 14 fuse keeps popping like it will last for a few days then pop.I tracked everything down on the wiring diagram issues are coming from fuel sensor which I think might be grounded out.Could that cause number 14 fuse to pop,I dont know what the **** is up with this car can somebody help me asap.
