Icon2 motor wont start problem!!

ok so i got a 92 cx eg that i just recently swapped a d15b7 in too it. so on the first day the car started fine and ran but wouldn't go past 3500 rpm it would die out. so i got engine light on but it was to late to read it so i waited for the next day. and nothing any more i don't get nothing i hear it turn and crank but no start and also the fuel pump would work intermediately .
so today i was on all data and on some forums and they say that the main relay goes bad on these eg's. so i got a used main relay from the junk yard and now i hear my fuel pump work. before it would work only after the seven or eight time i would turn the key. so i solved the fuel pump problem but now i dont have any spark. what can it be. all my fuses are fine and i checked different ecu's and still the same no spark. i got a check engine light and its number cel# 45 which is fuel system to rich or lean. what the heck my car don't even start up so i don't under stand how it could be rich or to lean. can anybody help me with this problem cause i don't know where else to look. i got a bunch of wiring schematics but can seem to trace the problem!!

What ECU do you have? Only an OBDII ECU should throw code 45.

Post a video of your blinking CEL, because your OBDI ECU should not throw code 45.

Here's how to check for spark:

well my ecu is obd1 cause when i read the the code it flashes 4 long times and one short time so it says that the long flashes are ten and the the short ones are 1 and i just realized that i counted wrong im mean i have code 41 primary oxygen sensor heater. but that still don't make any sense my car has no spark it just cranks and cranks. but it just doesn't START

With the key in ON(II), do you measure battery voltage at the Blk/Yel wire attached to the coil inside the distributor?

no havent done that yet i will have to do that tomorrow. i replaced the main relay cause at first i could not hear my fuel pump. but now i do hear it. so could it be that my wiring harness is bad.

Does the fuel pump prime? If not, check whether the ground wire on the thermostat housing is clean and tight.

If the Blk/Yel wire does not have voltage, then it is broken somewhere between the distributor and ignition switch. If it has voltage, then start by checking the Yel/Grn wire running between the ECU and igniter unit for a short or open. If the wire is fine, then swap in a known good ECU.

bad coil or ignition module check secondary circuit on coil(pos + to coil output)for correct ohms vtec is 16.8k to 25.2 ohms. Non vtec is 12.8k to19.2ohms. i noticed i didnt have spark and checked this and got a reading barely under the specks, like 12.0k ohms and no spark. replaced coil and got spark itts worth noting that if the starter wire touches ground at all it will burn the coil out if the key is on.
