Anyone here know the law very well or have some knowledge. Heres the scnenario, I went to get my tired rotated and there was a line of cars and I saw the dude put the handle bar from the car next door it was resting on my fender but I thought nothing of it.. but then today notice a small dent there that youd think was a door ding but there no scratch, and it's in the same area as where the jack handle was sitting I dunno if thdroppd the handle on my car or if they used it for leverage or something.. and you can see the tape rub off (there was black tape on the jack handle bar) right by the dent. I want to file a complaint but I prefer to see them fix the dent cus I know it wasn't there but at the same time but at the same time I'm pretty surer there no way thats going to happen because theres noway to prove in fact it was them but I know it was. any thoughts?

 

Don't ever go there again.

Unless your car only has one dent (the one they made), you'll be hard pressed to prove it was them.

 

on that panel thats the only one on the other side there one form a persons fist or sumtin =//.. JDM time.. ugh dun wanan spend 4K on a front though
