trying to get my car started and the pumps wont prime. relays are wired directly to battery and the switch is wired to a7 at the ecu. car turns over but no fuel pump power.

the pumps will come on if i give the relays a 12v signal
theres no voltage coming from the ecu at a7
ive tried multiple ecus


any ideas?

 

Is the CEL on?

 

no solid cel. comes on for a sec when the key is turned over then goes off like normal....
