I just bought a 95 eg hatch off my friend and I cannot get it to go into 5th and reverse. 4th gear goes in but does not engage, just revs up. But 1st through 3rd work fine. It supposedly has a GSR transmission w/ type r final drive, spoon differential and a comp twin disc clutch. Also a rattling noise when the clutch is pushed in, which i guess is the throw out bearing. I'm planing on pulling the transmission this week. Anyone with any advise on what the problem could be please help!!
