JDM ITR Can't Find Alternator Belt
I can't find an alternator belt to fit the JDM ITR B18C. The crank pulley is slightly smaller than the USDM ITR one because the B18C5 belt did not fit. Does anyone know which belt I can get?
get a seamstress tape measure, route the tape as if it were the belt. read the measurement, go to autozone and buy that size and 1 up and 1 down. should work. also if you have the old belt or one that is close you can take it to any parts store and they can match it to its size or recommend one for you.

I was wrong about the USDM and JDM Type R having different sized crank pulleys. The OEM B18C5 one worked perfectly. Got it at the Acura dealership shortly after I originally posted this.
What happened was I thought the B18C5 belt didn't work cause autozone didn't have the OEM size but gave me what they had saying that it was correct.

If anybody still has this problem get the 305 and just add a washer to each bolt on the top bracket I havent put motor in yet to see how it runs like that but as soon as I do I will keep yall updated
Why did you bump a 4 year old, dead thread? That's not OK, especially when that thread already has a proper resolution - the USDM ITR belt works, as per the OP.
^srsly....Oh and WTF is adding a washer going to do to tension the alt-belt? Plus you haven't even started the thing so you have no idea if that even works. Ultra-fail-advice!

Proper OEM part# is 31110-P73-A01 (~$20.95). The aftermarket part# is 4PK765. The Honda belt is made by Mitsuboshi but I can't seem to find a 4PK765 in that brand anywhere. The Gates & Bando brands are all over though.
