Where is the spring seat?

Where is the spring seat?

Look at this diagram. I don't see a bottom spring seat for the front springs, only top (#11). Is there no bottom spring seat for the front?

The spring sits on the perch attached to the shock absorber body, just below the number 6..... it doesn't require a piece of rubber around it.
