Default '99 Civic Seat help....

OK there is a spring in the rail of my passenger side front seat nearest the door that has somehow managed to free itself from it's original location on the rail...I was wondering about the easiest way to get the rail off of the seat so I can set the spring back in it's place.....the reason I want to do this is b/c the seat wobbles and everyone asks me why and I'm tired of it and the spring is the culprit.....thanks in advance.....

The biggest spring on that seat is the rear-passenger-slider-return spring: tilt the seat all the way forward and it automatically slides forward.

There should be a smaller spring near the pivot (not sure which side it's on).

Which was is the seat wobbling?

the seat wobbles back and forth from front to back....It isn't really a spring it just looks like one...it is about the size of a quarter and about an inch thick and it goes on the rail nearest the door on the passenger side.....thanks for the help
