ok so here is the problem that i am having, when i go through the gears trying to get the rpm up each gear it will rev to red line but around 5500rpm it hesitates or lags like it loses power.
the car pulls from 1000rpm to like i said 5500rpm and its fine till then. i am wondering what it could possibly be.

What iv tried/replaced.
-3bar omni power map sensor, plug n' play
-1000cc injector dynamics injectors
-ngk plugs gaped .28 and heat range of 8
-replaced dist. cap, rotor,wire all oem honda parts.
-timing is 16 degrees ret.
-a/f is about 11.8-12.3 under 10psi.

probably a bad spot in your fuel/ign maps.

Get it to a tuner or tune it yourself if necessary.

 

Possibly, we've checked it a couple times, i know the a/f ratio is wayy lean when it starts to lose power and fall on its face. but the map is set for a conservative amount of fuel. we even tried to richin it up a lil more than usual and still nothing, but ill go over it with him again. is it possible the vss could be doing something cuz my speedo is all over the place??
