Default 91 civic si with ls swap, running problems

i just did a ls swap in my ef.
pulled the previous ls motor because it used up a lot of oil.
i changed nothing on the wiring or anything.
basically pulled a good running ls motor that burned lots of oil and put in a good ls motor.

it runs and starts up everytime but runs rich and chugs.
i am throwing no codes
only the o2 sensor isnt hooked up but that shouldnt make it do that.
the wiring harness for engine bay was resodered by me, and it is all good.

has a new dizzy, good wires, new plugs
tps is working good
my map works good, dies wen i unplug it.
it is timed correctly.
compression is at 165-175 across the board.
only mods are 2 1/4 inch exhaust with cat delete with test pipe
and true cold air intake.

anyone have any ideas wats could be wrong?

Plug in your O2 sensor and go from there.

the wire off the o2 broke off the end and cant seem to solder it back on, but im 100 percent sure its not the 02, i have ran and seen hondas without 02 hooked up. i even had the wire on it not soldered but good contact and didnt make a dif.

Listen to this guy..

Wiki:

Automotive oxygen sensors, colloquially known as O2 sensors, make modern electronic fuel injection and emission control possible. They help determine, in real time, if the air fuel ratio of a combustion engine is rich or lean.

I ran an H22 with no O2 before too, because the ecu was on eCtune and it had a dyno tuned map to read from. Your stock ecu wants an O2 to make fuel adjustments. Just get a new O2 sensor.

just swapped my fitv and iacv, no diference in running rich, lowered my fuel pressure to about 35 with vac on.
warmed up realy fast,
drove it down the road, had no problems accelerating, but once i punched it, a nice cloud of fuel was behind me!

is it even safe to drive or will it ruin my engine fast?

im planning on it this week after i get paid, i dont get y i wouldnt throw a code for it?

and i also had that o2 in my car the whole time i had it , which is about 6 month and never had a problem with any of my swaps with that o2, but this new swap is bothering me!

had a ls with b16 pistons
then a stock ls with bad valve seals,
and now a ls with 136 k with really good compresiion across the board

top two ran perfect
