My trip across the US to pick my new car. EK9 content inside
My father and I flew out of charlotte airport at 5:15 on friday afternoon with the final destination of seattle, washington. I took a ton of pics along the way so I figured I would make a post showing all the things that we saw on the way.
This is a shot of us flying into newark, nj for our 40 min lay over.

Ended up getting the car and leaving seattle around noon on sat. From there I drove straight to bozeman montana to get a hotel room. Ended up spending the entire day sunday in yellowstone national park.

ended up leaving yellowstone around 6pm on sunday and we hit the road for a non-stop drive to south carolina.

I love people with the ***** to go cross country to get a car...it's a great experience. I just flew from Pittsburgh, Pa to San Diego, Ca to buy a Corvette and drove it back. I sold my ITB'd hatch to get it.

Is that the CTR that was wrecked and shipped to the US from several years ago? The guy that imported it had documented the whole restoration. I think he used a white DX hatch as a donor car. I remember it being from the Seattle area.
nope def a different car...this one spent most of its stateside life in nyc and the guy from nyc sold it to the last owner in wa state.
