This is a manifold and o2 housing I built for my dsm. I'm running a HX40 and 2 Tial MVS 38mm wastegates.

Tell me about your pie cuts. What angle did you use? I'm going to do it with my mitre saw with a cut off blade. I've been cutting 3" stainless tubing quite successfully for the last little while that way. Also, was it cut - fit - cut - fit, etc... or did you just cut a bunch of pie cuts and then piece them together to get the fit you were looking for?

Nice work, them Pi's are going to be a PITA to weld. Why didn't you just use normal bends?

Suppose they look JDM though.

I used a 5.5 degree angle took about 8 cut pieces to make a 90* angle.

I needed a real tight radius bend. A 3" 90* bend with a 2.5 CLR and I couldn't find any.

8*5.5 only comes out to 44 degrees. either i'm retarded, or they aren't 5.5, maybe one side, but not inclusive.

But it's 5.5 degrees per side of the pie piece, so in reality it's 11 degrees per wedge, right?

Each side is 5.5 degrees, So it comes out to 11 degrees per pie cut. Times that by 8 and you get 88 degrees.
