i drove to work the other day and all the lower gears (2, 4, R) felt very tight. well i parked the car went to work and my aunt came out n told me my car was leakin. so i checked it out and it was oil and antifreeze/coolant w.e. my first thought was head gasket. so i haul it home and get to looking its leaking coolant from the transmission housing. it has a crack in it. thats not so much the problem as how is the coolant getting into the trans. we drained the trans and its straight coolant and gear oil but my radiator is empty. we took trans out and the housing is clean. theres no hoses running from the radiator to the trans. i have no idea of how the coolant is getting in. all my honda people have never even heard of such thing. please help me asap. im flustered lol.

did u pull the transmission off of the engine to see if theres a busted coolant passage?

 

but actually even if there is, it should only be getting into the bellhousing(clutch housing).
